Mission

Matthew’s mission is to work with community to collectively remember how to live in harmony with nature. Matthew utilizes “Ayurveda”, the ancient medical system of India, as well as other Indigenous practices from around the world. Through educating folks from all ages to be aware of their bodies, minds and spirits and how to bring themselves back into balance. Having been greatly formed by his many years doing social-justice theatre, Matthew’s focus is on serving beloved community members; namely the elders, activist-artists and culture-keepers on their wellness journeys so they may continue doing the good work for years to come. Matthew’s practice is rooted in Ayurveda, the ancient indigenous medical system of India.
